HOTEL ON ISLANDS - SUNK?

We are pleased to say that the flood at the end of January seems to have sunk plans to develop a 5-star hotel on some of the few remaining unspoilt islands of the Vaal River near Parys. The islands were under water! The Dept of Water Affairs then sent a letter saying there could be no buildings there. More
